Both fused to form zygote which contains 23pairs of chromosome which is 46 in number. And these chromosome contains DNA which has characteristics of both mother and father. These Zygote which is single celled and contains 23 pairs of chromosome multiple by mitotis to form rest of cells of our body.these means all cells of our body arises from single celled so each and every cells of our body contain same DNA.
